Site blueprints for Epstein's private tropical island featured within the images.
Furthermore featured in this new document release is shown to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, situated in the American territory.
Epstein acquired a more modest island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
The released images reveal he had formulated development schemes to transform the sprawling island by building living quarters, an performance venue, an underwater office and a reservoir.
Visible on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the region, marked on the bottom right.
This development map is annotated in handwritten red notes and contains a key detailing distinct parts of the property.
Accompanying the main plan are what seem to be nine other property layouts and construction drawings, such as plans for dock shelters.
